John Cooper Jr.
John is the Director of Development at Niagara Gospel Mission in Niagara Falls, NY. He is a full time seminary student and intern Pastor at Niagara Community Church. He is an Army veteran and has done ministry as a volunteer throughout his service. He currently runs a ministry blog/podcast called Godly Grunts which is focused on training Soldiers to be better Christians and Christians to be better Soldiers. He discusses topics that military members face like anxiety, depression, killing, and suicide for example. He also talks about correlations between the physical battlefield
and the spiritual battlefield.

Mike Kacey
Army veteran and an accomplished actor and owner of Anthracite Fils, LLC. Mike has produced and directed two features: "Daybreak (drama) and "The Poet Laureate of Radio: An Interview with Norman Corwin" (documentary) and is working on his third film, "In The Public Interest" (documentary). Radio interviews include appearances on WOR New York, KDKA Pittsburgh, KLBJ Austin, KPFK Los Angeles, and the Internet radio station Yesterday USA.

Sam Baker
Sam Baker is a 100-year-old WWII Marine Corps Veteran and author for
children's books. He learned how to read as a child from his teachers using
the sight say method, which made reading harder for him. Upon overcoming
this, he’s had the drive to help other young readers and young readers at heart,
learn to love to read and continue their education.

John Podlaski
John served in Vietnam between 1970 and 1971 as an infantryman with both the Wolfhounds of the 25th Division and the 501st Infantry Brigade of the 101st Airborne Division. The Army awarded him the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star, two Air Medals, and a Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry among others. John has published six books: three about his Vietnam War experience and three short stories based on his personal experiences.

Mark Overberg
Two things Soldiers should know as they approach the end of their military careers: (1) “Retirement is a process, not an event.” Retiring well from the military takes time, study, introspection, and networking. Be ready for change and understand you don’t know what you don’t know. (2) Once you’ve retired from the military, realize that “Your mission has changed, but your duty has not.” Your new mission will be to "Hire and Inspire." Help Veterans find jobs. Mentor them. Inspire the next generation to serve in the military by setting the example with your life.

David M. Vermillion
David M Vermillion is the Space Data Guy! He loves all things Space and Data and currently serves as a Space Force Guardian. Scott Pugh
Scott served in the Coast Guard for 16 1/2 years and one of many of his duties included; commanding a 10 person unit that maintained and repaired ATON on the eastern half of Lake Erie, the Niagara River, and Lake Ontario. Scott presently is an instructor at WNY Maritime Charter School in Buffalo, New York.
